"4 Rs" is what Medan Damansara residents want regarding the Damansara Project 21:
1. Government authority to quickly RESCIND the project.
2. Thereafter, SDB Properties Sdn Bhd to REHABILITATE the raped hillslope for safety of lives and properties at its own costs (taxpayers' money must not be involved) within an agreed time-frame in full consultation with the Medan Damansara Resident Association
3. SDB Properties Sdn Bhd to be held fully RESPONSIBLE for future accidents, even after the authority has cancelled the said project.
4. In the meantime, before the authority cancels the said project, SDB Properties Sdn Bhd is to undertake RESTORATIVE work to fully safeguard the lives and properties, especially those living along the hillslope, and also provide a written guarantee that tragic accidents such as those that occurred on 11th June 2008 (where a huge tree fell on roof-top of end-house on Lrg Setiapuspa 2) and 27th and 28th August 2008 (where two landslips damaged the end-house of Lrg Setiapuspa 1).
